Since 1989

Owner Tyron has been butchering since 1989 and loves the community feel that small business brings.
These days he has a lot less hair and a lot more flair (if he does say so himself!). The road to a healthier eating journey began in 2009 with the birth of Paddock + Farm and the business is now renowned for Preservative Free, Additive Free & Gluten Free products. The house smoked Bacon has a cult like following and the house Pate is almost as famous. Throw in the house Boudin Noir, the house Biltong and smokey Texas Burgers and you have a (healthy) foodies dream.
Customers would probably be surprised to see house Hot Smoked Salmon and WA (Northwest) Barramundi share the fridge space alongside Organic Eggs, Organic Milk, Organic Cheeses and house made Mustards. We’re proud to say that we make our own Organic Cooking Fats like Tallow and Lard.
